Level One
This Aerial Yoga Level One class uses the foundations of the practice to ease you into and out of more challenging poses with confidence. Enhance your strength, stability and focus connecting movement and breath. Find joy, bringing out your inner child with this playful and supportive practice. The hammock is used as a prop to allow a deeper experience.
