Liz Terry

Yoga Teacher ERYT500, Rolfer

It took an open heart and a willingness to jump in feet first to surrender to her inner guidance. Liz is an eRYT500 Vinyasa, Yin teacher, a Yogaworks Teacher Trainer, and Certified Rolfer™ who loves to marvel in the magic of life. Plant medicine is also a pivotal part of her path and offering cacao ceremonies is something Liz has been cherishing for many years. Cacao is the medicine of the heart, and ceremony is our opportunity to be guided back home.

Having studied with YogaWorks for her 200hr in southern California, with the world-renowned Michel Besnard in Thailand for her 300hr TT, along with leading 200hr teacher trainings since 2013, Liz has a diverse amount of knowledge to share. What she’s learned from her teachers (Kori Strobl, Nora Mangiamele, Michel Besnard, Shiva Rea, Seane Corn) and students from being abroad goes beyond what being on the mat has taught her. Liz continues to enhance her teaching through education. From studying anatomy to myo-fascial release with Jill Miller, exploring various movement modalities, and having graduated from the Dr Ida Rolf Institute in 2019, she appreciates staying informed. Working one-on-one with Rolfing has guided her into a deeper understanding of movement, which informs her teaching even more. Her classes challenge the idea of what asana is, allowing her students to explore and empower themselves by learning what their bodies and minds can do.

Greg Cicciu

Greg began studying Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the early 1990s. The first school attended was a Five Element School and the second school was a Traditional Chinese Medicine school. The two schools empowered Greg with a variety of acupuncture and tui-na (Chinese massage) techniques in addition to a strong comprehension of Chinese herbal formulas. In 2011 Greg published his first Chinese pulse diagnostic book , The Pulse Atlas. It is an illustrative guide to Chinese pulse diagnosis formatted to make it easier for students and practitioners of different learning styles to better comprehend the pulses whether you are a Visual, Audio or Kin-esthetic learner. In addition to treating clients his passion for teaching has brought him around the world teaching seminars on Auricular therapy, Tui-Na and Pulse Diagnosis for more than two decades. More recent additions to his education and healing toolbox are Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Coaching/Change Coaching. His successes with these tools include helping people with smoking cessation, relieving PTSD, stress reduction, alleviating and manage anxiety to name a few!
